As the gatekeeper of our home, I am always mindful of the products we use, and I like to make sure that they are safe and kind to all. When it comes to laundry, finding products that pass the test can be challenging, so I make a super simple, clean, and dreamy scent booster. Perhaps the best part is that it is cost effective and can be personalized according to your favorite scents.

Laundry Scent Booster:

  • 1 ½ cups Epsom salts
  • ½ cup baking soda
  • 20-30 drops of your favorite essential oil (I use lavender and a Young Living blend called “Purification.”)

Combine all ingredients, and stir well to let ingredients mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid to store it. Add 2-3 tablespoons to the drum of your washing machine before adding clothes, and wash as normal.
