I am so eager for spring to be here! The thought of warmer weather, the sun a little brighter, days a little longer, and time spent outside with my children all bring joy to my heart. We love to take in the goodness created in nature all around us as much as possible when it’s nice outside. But with spring comes some not so pleasant seasonal issues, so we turn to the trusted combination of LLP: Lemon; Lavender; and Peppermint essential oils. Put a few drops of each in the diffuser to breathe in some relief or make a roller bottle to take on the go and enjoy some beautiful blooms.

What you’ll need:

  • 3ml glass bottle with roller top
  • 5 drops each lemon, lavender and peppermint
  • fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil

Directions:

Fill with a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil. Apply to cheekbones, behind the ears, back of the neck or chest.

  • Gabrielle! This DIY is so fitting for this gorgeous spring weather (that unfortunately is hitting our brood with seasonal allergies). What is your recommendation for the best brand/type of oil to use?

    • Great question Jolly! It is so important to make sure that you use 100% pure high quality essential oils because these powerful plant juices are being absorbed into your body and you want them to do their job effectively and safely! I recommend Young Living essential oils because of the quality and you can be sure that you are using the purest oil every time.
