This guide was designed because together we long to uncover the depths of the sacredness of the vocation of motherhood. Our hope is that as we pray the Rosary, the Holy Spirit will speak and illuminate new purpose and meaning in the very mysteries of our lives as mothers.
We pray for the intercession of Our Lady as we allow our hearts to be guided by the truth of Scripture and the reality of the Incarnation of God upon the earth. Christ’s total gift of self became the gift of our salvation, and his sacrificial love is the pattern by which we seek to live this call. May we together find our time in prayer becoming an ever-deepening well of strength—may we take hold of the promise to experience life “to the full” in Christ (Jn 10:10)!

Dr. Kathryn Rombs is the founder of Mighty Is Her Call, Inc. She sometimes serves as an adjunct professor of philosophy at the University of Dallas. Dr. Rombs earned her masters and doctoral degrees in philosophy from Fordham University. She and her husband, Ron, are raising their six children in Irving, Texas, although they are currently enjoying a several-year stay in Italy.
Jolly Hormillosa and her husband have six living babies ranging from seven months to twenty-three years and two in heaven cheering us on. Catholic, open-to-life motherhood is her high adventure in the spiritual life, a poignant path of constant cross-to-resurrection conversion wooing her to surrender, receive, and cast off the bondage of false identity to uncover her most sacred desire – to give her life as a sacrificial gift—to revel in the joy of living radically like Christ.
