Homemade Stations of the Cross

My mom started a family tradition of coloring the Stations of the Cross as a family and then, on Fridays in Lent, taping them around the house and praying them. I have done this many many times with my little ones (often while my husband brought the older kids to pray Stations at church), but this year- in quarantine- our whole family together journeyed from one coloring-page station to the next.

Praying the stations in this simple, but intimate way brought a sense of peace in the craziness.
