Ever since my son started showing signs of eczema, I have been chasing down every possible cause. We are still searching, but with some allergy testing, we have found some definite answers. He has flare-ups and can be uncomfortable, so I always have this bath soak on hand. It’s calming and smells wonderful, so it’s a good before-bed soak for him and my daughter. Oats have a very gentle and soothing quality and are easy to find. When combined with other natural, calming ingredients like Epsom salts, lavender essential oil, and baking soda, it does wonders for the skin. These ingredients will soothe the skin and aid in healing naturally. It helps with any inflammation of the skin, but is especially beneficial for rashes and hives. It makes me so joyful whenever I can find ways to use simple, God-given ingredients to support my family in the most natural and harmless ways!
