Christina Baker

Christina Baker

I’m Christina Baker, wife, mother, homeschooler, writer, gardener, baker (yes, really), and book club junkie. A Texan by birth, I attended Tulane University in New Orleans where I met my husband, Craig, at the Catholic student center, and we have called Louisiana home for many years now. Our family lives in Lafayette, Louisiana, where we are slowly turning our small suburban yard into an urban homestead as well as growing a Catholic Worker community. With kids ranging from elementary school to college age, our lives are very full of music, dance, books, and conversation. My blog and links to other writing can be found at WhileTheyWereSleeping.com.
