A Mother's
Catechesis Project

Mothers are some of the most influential evangelists, passing on the faith to an entire generation of children who will constitute the majority of the future of the Church.

The most powerful way mothers transmit the faith is by their love. They often communicate, not through words, but by being a living symbol of Christ’s gift of self to their families and communities.

Sometimes, though, children ask penetrating questions about the Christian faith and moms have the opportunity to respond.

More often than not, these questions come at the most inopportune time: when a mom is changing the diaper of a little one, cleaning a mess off the floor, or pulling a splinter out of a chubby little foot. How is a mother supposed to be able to answer theological questions well in the midst of all her other responsibilities?

At Mighty Is Her Call, we are here to help. We are creating short videos on a variety of topics, designed to give mothers bite-sized answers to big questions.

Our method is to take messages from Scripture and Tradition that are currently being discussed by Pope Leo and apply them to mothers. Our pope is encouraging all the faithful to be active agents of evangelization and to deepen our relationships with God in Christ. Our videos make it easy for moms to approach their children in these marvelous but lofty goals.

We show you how to shepherd them into the arms of Christ.

Please enjoy, share, and tell us what you would like us to help you with!
